Refund policy

Refunds

  • We accept returns for unworn items within 7 days from the date of shipment.

  • If the total order value drops below 100 SGD after the return, making the order ineligible for free delivery, a deduction of 5 SGD will be applied from your refund to cover the initial shipping cost.

    Faulty Items

    If you have received a faulty item, please contact our support team, and we will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

    Exceptions

    • Gift Cards: Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
    • Yoga Tops / White Items: Due to hygiene reasons, these items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • exchanges are accepted for unworn items within 7 days of the shipment date.
    *Please note that yoga tops / white items cannot be exchanged due to hygiene issues.
  • For any assistance with returns and exchanges, please contact our customer support team and provide the following information:
  1. Email address used to place the order
  2. Order Number
  3. Desired colour and size of the items for return or exchange
  4. Reason for the return (e.g., too big, too small, too short, too long, etc.)
  5. Desired colour and size of the replacement pair, if applicable.

          *Please ensure that the items are in their original condition with tags attached.

  • The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

    1. Sale items
    2. Marked-down items
    3. Pre-order items
    4. Giftbox items
    5. Items purchased during sale and/or promotional periods
    6. Items purchased using discount codes
    • Kindly ensure that all returns or exchanges are sent to our office address using registered mail or any mail service with tracking. Please note that CHITTA cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced mails. Additionally, please be aware that a SGD $5 shipping fee will be charged for mailing your replacement items to you.
      In the event that an error is made during the delivery of your order, such as an incorrect address or wrong item shipped, we take full responsibility and are dedicated to resolving the issue. However, if the mistake occurred due to incorrect delivery details provided by you, a re-delivery fee of SGD $6 will be charged if you fail to notify us of the error within 12 hours of placing your order.

    Cancellation

    • Once orders have been confirmed and processed, cancellations are not permitted once the items have been packed and prepared for shipment.
