  • Australia: Orders of $200 AUD and up
  • Hong Kong: Orders of HK$1,000 HKD and up

  • Malaysia: Orders of $150 SGD and up
  • South Korea: Orders of ₩200,000 KRW and up

  • Thailand: Orders of $200 SGD and up

Local Shipping

We provide free shipping on orders total of $100 SGD or more, excluding Gift Cards. Please note that this offer applies only to eligible orders.

Once your order is placed, you can anticipate receiving your parcel within 3-5 business days. Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you once your shipment has been dispatched, allowing you to track its progress.

International Shipping

You can expect to receive your CHITTA parcel within 7-15 business days from the date of order placement. Once your shipment has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to your email.


International Delivery

- CHITTA does not guarantee delivery within the estimated time and disclaims liability for any inconvenience due to late delivery

- International customers are responsible for additional taxes, duties, brokerage, and delivery fees
- Contact your customs office to inquire about import regulations before placing your order
- Refused or held packages due to taxes and/or duties are subject to return shipping cost
- Full value of the order will be declared on international shipments
- CHITTA is not responsible for additional taxes or requests to waive signature

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking details. Contact your local post office for any delivery issues. Your local post office will handle customs duties and import taxes upon arrival.
